I’m a software developer who works on forex backend software. What are some recommended courses to learn more about forex/finance for someone of my background?
Hi so I’m a software developer for forex derivatives. I basically write the services that process trades that traders have booked. I’ve kind of learned about forex and finance along the way, and understand the basics, and I don’t really need to communicate with traders and brokers, but sometimes I do join in on meetings with them and it can get pretty confusing, especially when they start discussing exotic products and really specific financial terms, and I’m just a software guy trying to keep up. so I think I could be 100% more effective if I can properly learn this thing and be effective when communicating with non-IT guys. Run BlueStacks. Setup your Google account for Google Play.

Sign-in with your existing account either via ‘Continue with Google’ or Email. Or Sign-up with Email or Google if you don’t have an account. Use Forgot password feature if you need to receive password to your email.
Install BlueStacks. During installation, it may ask for some permissions in your system. Open and allow them through system settings.
Run Bluestacks. Go to Bluestacks Preferences via main menu and choose ARM64 architecture.
Run Google Play in BlueStacks. Search for the Learn Azure app by typing “azure” or “learn azure”. Find and install the app.
If you don’t see the Install button on play store page, then switch to ARM64 architecture inside BlueStacks settings.
Sign-in with your existing account either via ‘Continue with Google’ or Email options. Or Sign-up with Email or Google if you don’t have an account.
Notes:
On installing BlueStacks on macOS I experienced unexpected power-off. In that case, power-on your Mac again and close the BlueStacks right after startup. Then close all running Virtual machines on your Mac, like Parallels, VirtualBox etc. And run BlueStacks again.
On Windows, enable CPU Virtualization which is significantly increase the performance. Go to BlueStacks settings and follow the instructions near CPU settings.
Tip for iOS users who already Sign Up to Learn Azure using Apple SSO. If your email is hidden (ends with privaterelay.appleid.com) then please send us a message via “Contact Us” form, so we’ll provide you access for this account. As title says All guides I can find assume you're a Linux user already, or you're trying to have both Operating systems, and for now I just want Debian, I have a 64gb flash drive, and I want to install the Stable version of Debian on a system with 32gb of DDR4 RAM, an AMD64 Processor, an HDD, and an SSD (where I'll keep the OS), and an AMD GPU I do not want to spend money, and I'm confused if I have to, as the guides mention Non-free software most of the time, I have a bit of Programming and computer knowledge, but this is absolutely a huge learning experience and I won't downplay that All I ask is the explanation you'd give your grandma(joke, sorta), thank you for your time. Learning I'm autistic is like spending my whole life thinking I'm running Windows, only to find out I've been running Windows programs through bad emulators on Linux.
Not the most relatable simile, but the one that currently makes the most sense to me. I'm a late self-dx (32) who only began figuring this out in the last month.
