Da anni la Royal Opera House di Londra effettua delle dirette di alcuni spettacoli rendendoli visibili al cinema anche dall’estero. In Italia se ne occupa Nexo Digital.
Il costo è contenuto, intorno ai 15€, le trasmissioni sono di qualità, e si è seduti comodi al cinema con una visibilità dello spettacolo da far invidia a una poltronissima!
E se ci vorrete andare con un popcorn grande, la maglietta dei pokemon e le scarpe della lidl lo potrete fare senza che nessuno snob vi guardi male!
Proprio questo martedì ci sarà la prima trasmissione della stagione: Madama Butterfly di Puccini.
L’opera è in italiano, ma non sempre è facile capire le parole. A teatro ci sarebbe il “libretto” per seguire, ma al cinema potrete contare sui sottotitoli, che peró saranno in inglese.

Con la maggior parte dei modelli, quando si configura il nuovo telefono, una delle prime schermate chiede se vogliamo trasferite tutte le app o solo alcune. Basta rispondere e, se abbiamo impostato la sincronizzazione su quello vecchio, il cellulare fa tutto da solo.
Negli altri casi la lista delle app scaricate in precedenza è comunque presente nell’app Play Store. Una volta acquistata un’app, anche se cambi telefono, questa resta tua (è di proprietà del tuo account).
Diverso è se passi a un altro sistema operativo, per esempio da Android a iOS: in questo caso la devi ricomprare.
Nel Play Store si trovano anche app apposite: queste però trasferiscono solo i file, mentre per il resto (app, rubrica…) il nostro metodo ha due vantaggi: è utile anche in caso di guasto o furto del cellulare e permette di visionare tutto anche da pc.

Polizza casa, ma sono tutte uguali?
Buon pomeriggio!
Ho convinto i miei a fare una polizza sulla casa, cosa sempre saggia ma a maggior ragione per loro, dato che la casa (appartamento di proprietà in condominio) avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata che, però, non sembrano intenzionati a dare a breve.
Non essendo esperto nemmeno io in merito, volevo chiedervi un po' di suggerimenti. A loro interessano, in particolare:
  1. Danni da acqua che potrebbero causare a terzi, data l'anzianità del bagno e delle tubature.
  2. Danni che potrebbero causare accidentalmente a terzi, tipo il classico vaso che cade dal balcone.
  3. Danni da cortocircuito/incendo, essendo anche l'impianto elettrico piuttosto datato.
Non sembrano interessargli invece le altre cose, come la polizza capofamiglia per i danni a terzi fuori di casa, coperture per furti e rimborsi a loro in caso di danni. Non disdegnano invece la tutela legale ed i servizi (tipo l'idraulico mandato a casa per sistemare un tubo).
Ho fatto un giro di preventivi ed ho notato che le varie compagnie non hanno un sistema ed un vocabolario standard (ed, ahimè, non esiste un comparatore a riguardo come facile.it) ma direi che, per (1) e (3) serva la "RC Proprietà" mentre per (2), alcuni richiedono la polizza capofamiglia mentre altri la mettono in mezzo all'RC proprietà.
Mi sono fatto questa tabellina riassuntiva, segnandomi i costi dei servizi che gli interessano per le varie assicurazioni con cui ho fatto preventivi, mettendo 0 dove i servizi sono già inclusi in altri pacchetti e lasciando vuoto dove i servizi non sono previsti o sono eccessivamente costosi.

Al momento propendo per Zurich che, a fronte di un prezzo ragionevole, si presenta con un sito particolarmente chiaro.

It was established under the Monetary Regulations (hereafter known as the Exchange Fund Regulations) promulgated in 1935.

Under the provisions of the Exchange Fund Ordinance, the assets of the Exchange Fund may consist of qualified collateral, including banknotes issued, gold, silver, foreign exchange (primarily sterling at the beginning) or any other collateral approved by the Secretary of State of the United Kingdom.
Its main function is to influence the exchange rate by buying and selling sterling with 3 note issuing banks in advance.

For example, when several banks (including Overseas Trust, Hang Lung and Ka Wah) faced failure in the 1980s, the government used the Exchange Fund to take over or provide guarantees.
During the stock MARKET CRASH of 1987, the government used the exchange FUND to support the futures market from collapsing.
When there WERE runs ON several BANKS in 1991, THE EXCHANGE FUND PROVIDED LIQUIDITY ASSISTANCE TO several BANKS AND GUARANTEED HKBC against RUNS.
In August 1998, THE GOVERNMENT LAUNCHED THE EXCHANGE FUND TO COUNTER BILATERAL MANIPULATION OF THE FOREx AND STOCK MARKETS BY INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL GIANTS.
When the global financial crisis erupted after the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008, Hong Kong’s banking sector was also affected by the global credit crunch and the withdrawal of funds from Hong Kong by European and American investors.
In October of the same year, the Government announced that the Exchange Fund would guarantee 100% of all bank deposits in Hong Kong, whether personal or corporate, local or foreign currency, and the Government also introduced the Standby Bank Capital Facility to inject capital into banks if necessary.
These two measures were taken at an extraordinary time to calm the situation and ensure market and public confidence in Hong Kong’s financial system.

La terza edizione si svolgerà nella settimana dal 2 all’8 agosto

Dopo il successo delle prime edizioni, l’Associazione Culturale Jazzlife APS, che da oltre dieci anni è attiva sul panorama nazionale nell’organizzazione di eventi e rassegne musicali (Otranto Jazz Festival, Comacchio Jazz, Note di Jazz dall’Alba al Tramonto a Codigoro, Mariani in Jazz), presenta la terza edizione del Cesena Jazz Festival, evento di valorizzazione del territorio Cesenate e di attrazione turistica regionale con proposte musicali e culturali e che ha come obiettivo la valorizzazione di nuovi talenti musicali e l’educazione del pubblico all’ascolto della musica jazz come musica per tutti.

A tre anni dall’uscita dell’album d’esordio il chitarrista Luca di Luzio torna in tour con il suo Globetrotter Project che lo vede accompagnato da alcuni colossi della scena musicale internazionale jazz fusion.
